Capt. Robert "Bubba" Fletcher
Capt. "Bubba" Fletcher holds a US Coast Guard Masters 25 Ton license and has been involved in some type of fishing all his life. He has worked on numerous charter boats throughout Rock Hall and has rune charter trips and mated both, so he he is very familiar with both ends of the boat. He is also currently a commercial fisherman and has been for over 15 years.
